HOW LONG WILL MY ITEMS TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We aim to send all of our items within 7 working days of order. This does not include weekends or postal time. You will be notified via email once your order is dispatched - then you can happy dance knowing your products are on their way!

CAN I ORDER OUT OF STOCK SIZES?

We will always aim to make this happen. The unique nature of our handmade products may mean, that at times, this just isn't possible. However, follow our social media channels and subscribe to our mailing list and you'll get the latest updates from us.

WHAT IS THE SIZING OF YOUR PRODUCTS LIKE?

Our items are true to size. We always advise that you choose the size in which you would pick when shopping on the high street.

HOW CAN I MAKE MY PRODUCT LAST AS LONG AS POSSIBLE?

First - don't unpackage it. OK, not really an option!

Second - Always wash at 30 degrees Celsius and hang to dry. Tumble Drying may cause shrinkage, so try to avoid that. Iron only on a low heat.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

If for any reason you need to exchange or return your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will process the new item or refund immediately. For full details, please see our Policies page.
