RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Not quite right?

If for any reason you need to exchange or return your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will contact you if exchange is not possible due to availability. Please note, the item being returned must be unworn and unwashed. Postage relating to all exchange or return items will be your responsibility (unless faulty). Each item needs to be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. In the unlikely scenario the wrong item is sent to you, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of order. We will contact you with our return address and once the product is returned, we will send the correct order immediately, as well as refunding the postage cost.

SHIPPING POLICY

When to expect your order

We aim to send all of our items within 7 working days of order. This does not include weekends or postal time. You will be notified via email once your order is dispatched. During extremely busy times, it may take longer to dispatch. UK shipping usually takes 3-5 days and international shipping will take a little longer. All shipping is completed via Royal Mail.
